DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:
RINNA RILI-ALSISTO, of legal age, married to FRANCISCO M.
ALSISTO, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at Brgy.
Poblacion, Libmanan, Camarines Sur hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.
-AND-
SPS. ROMAN B. DAZA and SHIELA P. DAZA, likewise of legal age,
both Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Zone 6 Brgy.
Potot, Libmanan, Camarines Sur hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
WITNESSETH
That the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land known as LOT
3-F-2 REMAINING PORTION as described on PLAN No: PSD-05-042289
PORTION of LOT 3-F, PSD-74258 located at Potot, Libmanan, Camarines
Sur and covered by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 080-
2015000393 and more particularly described as follows;
“A parcel of Agricultural Land designated as LOT 3-F-2 REMAINING
PORTION, PSD-05-042289 containing of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE
(361) square meters more or less and bounded on North: NE: by Lot 3-F-
1, & on the East: SE: by Lot 2811-, PSC-42 & Lot 3-F-1, and by South: SW:
Lot 3-F-1 and on the West: NW: by Lot 3-F-2 PORT. & Lot 3-F-1”, covered by
Tax Declaration No. 2016-18-052-00213 in the name of RILI, RINNA
M.”

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has
agreed to sell the above-mentioned property for the amount of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 100, 000.00) Philippine Currency;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the amount of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 100, 000.00) Philippine Currency, hand
paid to the SELLER by the BUYER and to former’s entire satisfaction,
herein SELLER do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely
and irrevocably unto the BUYER, their heirs, successors and assigns, the
above-described parcel of land.

APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF LAND TRANSFER CLERANCE

WE, RINNA RILI-ALSISTO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married and resident of Poblacion, Libmanan,
Camarines Sur and SPS. ROMAN B. DAZA and SHIELA P. DAZA, likewise of legal age, both Filipino citizen
with residence and postal address at Zone 6 Brgy. Potot, Libmanan, Camarines Sur after being sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. We are the parties in a Deed of Absolute Sale involving a parcel of land covered TRANSFER
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 080-20150000393 PORTION with an area of 361 square meters,
more or less, and located at Potot, Libmanan, Camarines Sur or declared under Tax
Declaration (TD) No. 2016-18-052-00213;

2. This application for the issuance of Land Transfer Clearance (LTC) is not contrary to law
because both of us are qualified to dispose and acquire the land described above. In addition,
the said land is neither covered under the agrarian reform program nor within the CARPER
LAD balance, and that the deed/contract will not violate the retention limit provided under
the law;

3. In support thereto and in compliance with DAR A.O. No. ___, Series of 2020, the mandatory
documents are hereto attached and made integral parts hereof as (please check appropriate
box):

1. The agricultural land we bought from RINNA RILI-ALSISTO, of legal age, Filipino,
married and resident of Poblacion, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, Philippines covered by
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 080-20150000393 PORTION with an area of 361
square meters under Doc. No. ______; Page No. _______; Book No. ______; Series of
2024 notarized by Atty. ____________________ does not exceed five (5) hectares;

2. The said property (including the agricultural property we owned) does not exceed the
landownership ceiling or limit of ownership as provided under Section 6 of R.A. No.
6657 as amended or the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program;

3. This affidavit is executed as of the requirements for the issuance of DAR Land
Transaction Clearance pursuant to DAR Administrative Order No. 04 Series of 2021.

hectares;

2. The said property is my RETENTION AREA as contemplated under R.A. 6657 as


amended or the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program and the same is NOT
TENANTED;

3. There is no pending case before the regular courts or any other tribunal involving the
above-described landholding;

4. This affidavit is executed as one of the requirements for the issuance of DAR Land
Transaction Clearance pursuant to DAR Administrative Order No. 04 Series of 2021.
