Job Title: Manager, Consolidated Reporting

Location: Remote (Greater Toronto Area)


Duration: 10 months, with the potential for renewal
Hourly Rate: $50/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global legal entity accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes
under IFRS.

• Collaborate with finance teams across multiple regions and business groups to
ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Manage the monthly and quarterly financial close, including the preparation of
consolidated and legal entity financial statements.

• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with general


ledger controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and
enhance efficiencies.

• Prepare and review internal management reports, including variance analysis and
ad-hoc financial requests.

• Maintain SOX-compliant controls over financial close and reporting processes.

• Participate in the accounting for complex transactions and their implications on


financial reporting.

• Assist with regulatory filings and support external auditors during quarterly reviews
and annual audits.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a high-


performance culture.

• Collaborate on special projects and business initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, or equivalent).

• 4+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or large multinational


organizations.

• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred.
