    Cavite, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
    depose and say that:

    1. I am the handling counsel of ALBER PAROT LUMBRE, the petitioner


    for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage under Article 36 of the Family
    Code, entitled Albert Parot Lumbre vs. Marites Capinig Lumbre

    2. I have personally verified the petitioner's residency at 749 Purok 7,


    Sitio Maralas, Barangay Santiago, General Trias City, Cavite, and
    confirmed that he has been residing thereat for more than six (6)
    months prior to the filing of this petition; and

    3. I have sufficiently explained to the Petitioner the rationale for the


    residency requirements for purposes of venue and the consequences
    of non-compliance therewith.

    4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the


    foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purpose this may
    serve.
