Project Proposal
Digitalized Modulo Art Training for Math Teacher Coaches

Rationale:
In today’s digital age, integrating technology into education is essential for
enhancing teaching methodologies and student engagement. The "Digitalized Modulo
Art Training for Math Teacher Coaches" aims to equip math teachers with the skills to
utilize PowerPoint and MS Word for creating Modulo Art, a creative and visually
engaging way to teach mathematical concepts.

Objectives:
At the end of the training, the participants are expected to:
1. To provide math teachers with the knowledge and skills to effectively use
PowerPoint and MS Word in their lesson planning.
2. To enhance teachers' ability to create visually appealing Modulo Art that can be
used to explain mathematical concepts.
3. Craft a Modulo art using MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
4. To foster a collaborative learning environment among math teachers, promoting
the sharing of ideas and resources.

Target Participants:
This training is designed for math teacher coaches, and educators of Pioduran
East District who are responsible for guiding and supporting their colleagues in effective
teaching practices.
Date of Implementation: October 29-30, 2024
Timeline:
The training will be conducted over a two-day workshop, with the following timeline:
 Day 1: Introduction to Modulo Art and PowerPoint training
 Day 2: MS Word training and group activities
Training Structure:
The training will consist of the following components:
1. Workshop Sessions:
o Introduction to Modulo Art: Understanding its relevance in teaching math
concepts.
o Hands-on sessions using PowerPoint: Creating digital Modulo Art using
various features and tools.
o Hands-on sessions using MS Word: Utilizing templates and formatting
tools to create engaging math materials.
2. Group Activities:
o Collaborative projects where teachers will work in teams to create and
present their Modulo Art.
o Peer review sessions to provide constructive feedback and share best
practices.
3. Resource Development:
o Creation of a digital resource library that participants can access for future
reference.
o Distribution of instructional materials, templates, and guides for continued
learning.
Evaluation:
Participants will be evaluated through:
 Pre-training and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gained.
 Feedback forms to gather insights on the training effectiveness and areas for
improvement.
