    BLGU PURCHASE OF ELECTRIC MATERIALS

    RESOLUTION NO.02’S 2023


    WHEREAS, the BLGU GAWIL,KUMALARANG,ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR need to purchase electric
    materials like Bulb, Wire and Xmass light for the beautification of the Barangay Hall during
    the activities of PASKOHAN NG MGA KABATAAN of Barangay Gawil, Kumalarang, Zamboanga
    del Sur.
    WHEREAS, it is very necessary to purchase of Electric materials of Barangay Gawil,
    Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur.
    WHEREAS,the is found to be legally, Financially and technically capable;
    NOW THEREFORE, we the members of the BIDS and Award Committee,in this Barangay,
    hereby resolves, for an alternative Mode of Procurement of negotiated small value of the
    procurement in the direction of to be used in the barangay;
    RESOLVED FUTHER, to authorize the Punong Barangay (HOPE) to enter into an alternative
    Mode of Procurement of negotiated small value of procurement for the foregoing
    aforementioned;
    RESOLVED, this 5th day of December 2023, at Barangay Gawil, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del
    sur.
