    Duties and Responsibilities


    Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including equipment’s calibration, test
    results, WIR, MIR, Non- Conformance reports (NCR), site observations (SOR), method Statements
    (MS), Inspection & test plan (ITP) all other relevant documents and reports in compliance with
    project specifications and as per ISO 9001 Standards.
    • Reviewing of MTC along with material movement.
    • Review test report and other project documents accordingly contract agreement and stander
    codes before submission for consultant and client.
    • Inspection of work execution as per approved IFC drawing, Shop drawings, Vendor Pre-
    qualification, Project Specification, approved ITP and approved materials, and as per ITP clause.
    • Managed issue and delays effectively and efficiently for swift resolution and continued project
    progress.
    • Planning for quality plan and sequencing of the construction activities.
    • Monitored site productivity level to achieve projects within budgets and deadlines.
    • Update work progress quality records for continued project monitoring.
    • Prepared risk assessment to support safe and stable construction sites to achieve quality work.
    • Evaluated project compliance with design specification and quality standers.
    • Contractor representative for quality supervision and inspection.
    • Identified project quality issue to rectify and to avoid any type delays in quality work.
    • Coordinate with Client and consultant on site to present quality work.
    • Evaluate new quality/test methods, processes and materials to determine effect on quality plans.

    required specification of material.
    • Carry out scheduled internal Audits according to the project quality plan (PQP).
    • Issue internal SOR and NCR for quality improvement’s purpose.
    • Follow NCR closing procedure, Root cause Analysis (RCA), define corrective and preventive
    actionsto avoid re-occurrence.
    • Arranging Quality induction of execution team for achieving schedule plane with all compliance of
    project quality specifications.
    • Call meetings and ensure all the activities are as per the quality procedures and standards.
    • Measured and monitored all quality performance again agreed KPI’s, implementing
    recommendation as needed.
    • Preparing PQI at the end of each and every month to check the quality implementation of
    contractor.
    • Keeping track records of the Inspections and prepare monthly KPI reports for Monthly
    management review Meeting.
    • Checking the Shop drawings and as Built drawings for the final approval of the executed work.
    • Inspection of FDT ,and different test for concrete,
