VISION
To inspire and cultivate a new generation of young
leaders who embody the principals of service,
integrity, and community engagement, fostering a
brighter future through the LEO CLUB of Ananda
College
Mission
To provide a dynamic platform that empowers young
Leos to develop and showcase their leadership skills,
celebrate their achievements, and encourage
collaborative efforts. Through the Leo Day event, we
aim to recognize the potential of youth leadership,
promote active community involvement, and
strengthen the bonds between Leos.
INTRODUCTION TO THE LEO CLUB OF
ANANDA COLLEGE
The Leo Club of Ananda College stands as a distinguished
institution dedicated to fostering leadership, service and
community engagement with a steadfast commitment to
excellence. Our club serves as a beacon of inspiration and impact
within our school and broader community
Guided by the principles of Lions Clubs International, the Leo
Club of Ananda College embodies a spirit of volunteerism and
social responsibility. Our members, drawn from diverse
backgrounds and disciplines, unite under a common goal: to serve
others with compassion, dedication, and unwavering
commitment. At the core of our mission lies a deep-seated belief
in the power of service to effect positive change. Through a wide
array of projects and initiatives, ranging from community
outreach to environmental stewardship, we address pressing
needs and uplift those in need within our local and global
communities.
Central to our ethos is the cultivation of leadership and personal
growth. Through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience,
we empower our members to develop essential skills, foster
resilience, and become effective change agents in an ever-
evolving world.
Yet, our club is more than just a gathering of individuals—it is a
tight-knit community bound by shared values and a collective
vision for a brighter future. We take pride in fostering an inclusive
and supportive environment where every member is valued,
respected, and encouraged to thrive.
INTRODUCTION
Securia is an initiative focused on enhancing public safety and

awareness around accident and crime prevention. This project
aims to educate communities on essential precautions, create
safer public spaces, and encourage responsible behaviors to
reduce risks in everyday environments. By addressing both the
causes and effects of common incidents, Securia strives to build a
more vigilant and proactive society where individuals are
equipped to prevent and respond effectively to potential hazards.
The core mission of Securia is to foster an informed and alert

public. Through well-researched content and a range of accessible
resources, the project will address critical topics such as safe
driving practices, personal safety in public spaces, and
recognizing early signs of potential crime. This approach is
designed to help individuals feel more secure in their
surroundings while promoting collective responsibility toward
crime and accident prevention. Securia's message is clear: a safer
community begins with knowledge and awareness.
To ensure that these messages reach a broad audience, Securia

will distribute informational leaflets and display posters in various
public areas, making safety tips easily accessible to people of all
backgrounds. These materials will cover specific prevention
strategies, emergency contact information, and reminders of the
small but significant actions everyone can take to protect
themselves and others. Placing these materials in public spaces
such as bus stops, schools, shopping centers, and community
centers will maximize visibility and engagement.
The distribution of these resources is just the beginning. Securia envisions
a series of ongoing public campaigns, workshops, and possibly
collaborations with local authorities to reinforce its mission. By creating a
sustained presence in communities, Securia aims to instill a long-term
mindset of safety and cooperation, helping to make public spaces more
secure and reducing the likelihood of accidents and crimes across the
community.
OBJECTIVES
1. Raise Public Awareness on Safety and Crime Prevention - Distribute accessible

information on accident and crime prevention to educate the public about safe
practices and encourage community-wide vigilance.
2.Promote Safe Behaviors in Public Spaces -Use posters and leaflets to remind
individuals to adopt behaviors that reduce risks, such as obeying traffic rules, staying
aware of surroundings, and securing personal belongings.
3. Provide Accessible Emergency Information - Include emergency contact numbers
and basic first-aid tips on all distributed materials, ensuring individuals have essential
information in case of an emergency.
4. Foster a Community Mindset for Safety - Encourage community members to look
out for one another, report suspicious activities, and support efforts to maintain a safe
and vigilant environment.
5. Encourage Partnerships with Local Authorities - Collaborate with local police,
health departments, and safety organizations to strengthen the project’s impact and
ensure information is accurate and effective.
6. Monitor and Evaluate Impact - Track the effectiveness of distributed materials by
gathering feedback from the community and assessing changes in awareness or
reported incidents, refining strategies as needed.
7. Increase Accessibility to Crime and Accident Prevention Resources - Make
materials available in multiple languages and formats to reach a diverse audience
across communities and literacy levels.
8.Conduct Safety Workshops and Community Sessions - Organize sessions with local
experts to demonstrate practical safety tips, including self-defense basics, emergency
response techniques, and personal risk assessment.
9.Implement Safety Signage in High-Risk Areas - Identify high-risk areas and work to
install clear safety signage, reminding people to stay alert and adhere to safe practices
in these locations.
10. Build an Online Platform for Safety Education - Create an online presence for
Securia where people can access additional safety resources, stay updated on the
project, and view digital versions of the leaflets and posters for broader reach.
