Learning Plan/Course Title LABOR LAWS AND SOCIAL LEGISLATIONS


Course Description This course provides an in-depth understanding of the legal frameworks and principles that govern the tourism and
hospitality industries. Students will explore various laws and regulations that impact tourism establishments,
focusing on contractual obligations, consumer protection, employment law, and taxation among other areas.

IV. Course Description
This course focuses on exploring labor standards, human resource development, social security, and
the administrative processes and legal remedies available to workers in cases where their rights and benefits
under the law, including minimum standards, welfare benefits, and job opportunities, are violated. It delves
into statutes, decrees, and relevant cases to provide a comprehensive understanding of these aspects

dropped from the course.
