WORK EXPERIENCE
Executive- Power Electronics October 2022 – present
Tata Advanced Systems, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities
• Software Development: Designed and developed modular code using SOLID principles for future upgradability in C.
Applied software knowledge to support the design, development, creation, modification, and validation of embedded
software including RTOS integration.
• Collaboration: Worked with cross-functional teams to develop software and hardware solutions, ensuring project
requirements and deadlines were met.
• Testing and Debugging: Utilized tools such as DMM and oscilloscopes to support team in debugging and testing code.
• Version Control: Managed code versions using Git to ensure code integrity and track changes.

Project 1: Defence Vehicle

• Legacy Code Refactoring: Refactored and optimized legacy code for Vehicle Control, Gun Control, and Ammunition
Loading modules.
• RTOS Porting: Ported RTOS to RTX5 and updated device drivers to CMSIS.
• Integration and Testing: Tested, debugged, and integrated refactored code on modules and the actual vehicle using
communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, CAN (J1939), and Ethernet (TCP/UDP).
• Hardware Interface: Worked with encoders, ADC, DAC, and external flash on dual-core NXP-LPC series controller.
• Engine Control Integration: Interfaced an engine with the controller using the CAN (J1939) protocol, ensuring
seamless communication and control. Utilized KOMODO CAN Utility for testing and diagnostics.
• SD Card Interface: Interfaced an SD card for data storage and retrieval, enhancing the system's data management
capabilities.
• CRC Implementation: Implemented CRC checks in the code to identify and handle any instances of code corruption.
• Stack Analysis: Conducted stack analysis to identify and mitigate any potential stack overflow issues.
Project 2: Prototype Controller Module
• Schematics Development: Developed schematics for a prototype controller module using the high-speed NXP I.MXRT
controller.
• Component Integration: Integrated ADC, DAC, CAN, encoders, DIO, EEPROM, and Ethernet (TCP/UDP) with power
management components (LDO, DCDC converters).
• Optimization: Performed power consumption calculations, BOM optimization, and component selection to ensure
efficient design.
Assistant System Engineer June 2021- October 2022
Tata Consultancy Services, Mumbai
• Trained 2 batches of new colleagues on how to audit and complete daily tasks.
• Single handedly managed a team consisting 4 people.
• Streamlined the work distribution and monitoring process hence increase visibility and structured delivery of work items
on time.
• Created sterilization report of medical devices by reading 2D CAD sheets of the product .
• Trained with Bash Script, SQL, RDBMS, Python, Linux to enhance technical proficiency and improve project
outcomes
