Is the sun really a star?

Once upon a time when beauty had its own standards and young ladies believed in true and
passionate love, lived a radiant, magnificent and astute girl named “sun”. In the blooming of her
youth life sun was an incredible and clever child; a beauty with brain, a soft spoken lady with sage
and wiser words. Those weren’t her only qualities she had a heart full of kindness and always willing
to assist and uplift her beloved ones in tough times .her warm and engaging personality contrasts
beautifully with her splendid facial features; the large expressive emerald eyes looked like magical
green fields in the Helvetia, without forgetting her auburn fiery orange hair that always got people’s
attention no matter how untidy it looked.

Sun lived in a small village near the mountains where she always liked to climb and sit at the crest of
the hill reading her fairytale books and enjoying the clean and the refreshing breeze those where her
happy and delighted moments but she knew she had to leave to grasp more and to find her prince
charming knowing that her soulmate won’t be anywhere near to her, she knew her life partner
would be someone even wiser and more intelligent than her, someone who would explore different
aspect and perspective of the world and never be arrogant towards the enlightenment .

When sun celebrated her sixteenth birthday she assumed that it was time for her to leave and
explore the city near to her village she then started her plan by convincing her parent and she firstly
went to her mother where she always finds her sipping her tea in the garden.as Sun walked in seeing
her mother mindfully eating biscuits with fresh mint tea, she said with confused voice “mother,
wouldn’t u be happy if your daughter pursuit her studies in the neighboring city?” putting the tea
pot down and facing her daughter s face ,the mother then said with trembling voice” sweetheart
don’t u know the city is full of greed , envy and resentment , I’m afraid your kind heart would be
affected by these detrimental sentiments in addition the city is a really a dangerous place where
criminals can live freely with no limits”, Sun then looked at her mother with teary eyes and proceed
saying “ mother, I totally share your vision and perspective but I do believe that I’ll go there in
intention of learning and experiencing I won’t let any bad habits nor bad tradition get to my heart or
mind”, her mother deeply looked at her emerald eyes and then she hugged her saying ,”daughter ,
life isn’t this easy but I would always trust your goals and ambitions no matter how doubtful they
look to me “ , sun s incandescent eyes radiated pure happiness after hearing her mother words she
then sat down and held her hands with happy tears running down her cheeks saying ,” oh I would
never do anything that would disappoint or break your thrust in me mother “ . days went by and her
father came from his business trip in the seas she then greeted him in the doors and took his coat
telling him to take a rest and get down stairs for dinner, after setting the table and the whole family
was settled down In the intention n of savoring the delicious meal her mother has prepared specially
for her husband that came from a really though trip searching for merchandise all across the word,
everybody then started asking the father about his trip and the husband proudly told them about it
without forgetting any small details that was his happiness telling his family about things he would
sacrifice for the well-being of his beloved ones after telling his story, sun thought that it was the right
time for him to know that his only daughter is leaving in a couple of days to the neighboring city to
live for a some of her youth years there then maybe if destiny bring her back to the village she will
eventually come back she then proceed saying ,” father , I was thinking about leaving the village
and go to the city to finish my studies there», her father adjusted his sitting and looked at her with a
confused face telling her, “ what is this about ?”, she answered him by saying ,” I totally understand
that this decision might seem a little odd but I had this idea and I thought of every possible scenario
and I’m totally aware of it, in addition that’s the only way for me to fulfill my full potential “, the
mother then interfered assuring the father “ I know love what she’s giving as suggestion is unusual
and might seem really dangerous but I do believe that’s it’s her future and no one has the right to
interfere in it , in addition sweetheart I think it’s time for her to make mistakes and learn from them
“, the father nodded his head then looked at his daughter saying, “ my star , its seems that all I have
say is that you have my acceptance and my blessings “ , Sun then stood up from her sit and walked
toward her father with a beautiful smile saying “ thank you father I promise ill look after myself and
never let myself get in any wrong path “ she then hugged him with all her heart and mind , those
moments of joy lived rent free in suns head forever.

While sun was packing her things in the suitcase, her mind was somewhere else, she thought about
all the fun and the learning she would have in her new home knowing that finally she will get to grasp
more about mathematics, physics and philosophy, those subjects were her safe place, whenever she
felt anxious or disturbed she would grab her notebook and try to solve an equation or she would try
to calculate the dimensions between different objects. After finishing packing she then laid on her
bed looking at the window, observing the stars , she thought that one day her achievements will
make her shine like those big stars in the sky, she wished for that saying “ lord make me the biggest
star the world has ever known “ she closed her eyes after couple hours that seemed like seconds to
Sun ,the sun was already out the warm breeze woke her up she got out of her bed feeling fully
energized with wide smile on her face , she then got ready and went downstairs where she found
both of her parents waiting for her all settled at the breakfast table , her mother greeted her and
asked her to sit down then sun looked at her mother and said ,” good morning mother , I see you
prepared scrambled eggs and waffles , my favorites” her mother responded to her daughter saying,
“ exactly my little star , you surely will miss them there “ , sun then said , “ mother don’t worry ill
learn to make them on my own” , the father then interrupted her saying ,” my little star is all grown
up she’s leaving and she’s learning how to make her own scrambled eggs “, sun couldn’t hold her
tears to the couple words her father said , she felt guilty for leaving but something in heart told her
that this decision is really the decision of her life , she will finally be independent and maybe by that
she will at the end to star she really is.

After saying the last goodbyes to both of her parents , she grabbed her suitcase and began walking to
get to the train station where she will take a two hour train ride to the city of “Brazzville” , the place
where she will get to let her dreams come true. Once getting there she started looking for her aunt’s
house, that’s where she’ll spend the couple of next years of her life, after searching and asking
random people about the directions she succeeded in finding the place where she saw her aunt at
the edge of the door standing and waiting for her, the moment she saw Sun, her eyes lit up with joy
and she ran to hug her as tight as she can, while greeting her Suns aunt asked her about her father
and mother and hows life at the country side Sun
