Renewable Energy
Our planet is heating up at an alarming rate, largely due to global warming. This escalating crisis is driven by the
burning of fossil fuels like oil, coal, and natural gas, which release large amounts of greenhouse gases into the
atmosphere. As the years pass by, our environment and resources are also slowly losing its own worth or spark due
to the pollution, global warming, deforestation, and other concerning problems our earth is currently facing. Since
fossil fuels take millions of years to form, they’re not only limited but unsustainable. This is why renewable
energy presents such an important substitute for the future of our environment.
Renewable energy is a type of energy that never runs out and is also good for helping the environment. It comes
from many things like wind, water, sunlight, and biomass, which keeps on replenishing themselves naturally. This
is very helpful because renewable energy has a minimal impact on the environment and it can be used any time.
This is why transitioning to renewable sources is healthier rather than using limited or finite resources and harming
the environment further.
The use of renewable energy also helps a lot to public health. This reduces the harmful side effects of burning
fossil fuels that can cause heart diseases, illnesses, and other serious health problems. Using eco-friendly energy
leads to a more improved air quality and decreased health problems that are associated with pollution.
Another benefit we get from this is clean water, our population is facing a problem of water scarcity and this is due
to the over-extraction of fresh water, pollution, and climate change. With the help of renewable energy, we can
solve and improve this problem, an example of this is desalination. Desalination is the process of removing salt
and other minerals from water to create fresh water. Natural energy reduces the carbon footprint making our
environment more sustainable.
In conclusion, Renewable energy plays a crucial part in making our environment better. It comes in a lot of forms
which makes it easier to sustain and easier to comply, it is in nature and never runs out which can be our supply for
a long time. By avoiding dependence on those unhealthy and harmful products, we can have a wholesome society
and build a healthier environment for future generations.
