The Rules and Policies set forth below are for the benefit of all the Guest. Failure to
comply with this terms and conditions shall be considered a violation with certain
charges.
• The interior premises of the building is NON-SMOKING area. Please strictly do not smoke inside the
unit. Smoking may be done in the balcony or in the designated area and do not throw cigarettes from
the balcony.
• Dispose your leftover cooking oil into the plastic bag and disposed to the bin not directly to the sink.
• Guests shall use the balcony in a reasonably quiet manner. Guests shall refrain from causing any noise
and boisterous acts that will disturb the peace and quiet of the tower and its other residents.
• Throwing of any object from the window and/or balcony is not allowed.
• Please keep your keys with you. Lost key has a replacement fee.
•Drinking alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property except in the Residents"
units.
•Guests shall pay for all BREAKAGES damage and cleaning beyond normal wear and tear to the
premises or any furnishings in the premises.
•When leaving the unit please close all the windows and securely lock the door. Please promptly report
to concierge or us any maintenance, health, or safety issues.
• To help save our environment and for safety measure, please turn off lights, air-con and other electric
appliances when leaving the unit for more than one hour.
• For check out, guests are requested to wait inside the unit for the room checking before leaving the
unit, please call the contact person for check out process (09190007413/09292398727). Please make
sure that you will give the key to the person who attended you for checking out.
• Check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 12:00noon, late check in without any update will be
charge for a certain amount.
• Security deposit is fully refundable on check out date should there be no damages in the premises.
The lessor holds the right to deduct the equivalent amount from the deposit on damages incurred.
Guests are requested to prepare a Security deposit of P1,000 and it will be collected upon check in.
• For using the Amenities in the Beach Club, Guests are requested to wear a proper swimming attire
make sure to bring your own towel, wear slippers and be reminded that please dry up before entering in
the lobby.
• Please do not wash, dry hang or air clothes or linens in the unit windows, balcony, corridors or in any
other parts of the premises exposed to the public view.
• Late Changes of names without any advance noticed will be charged accordingly.
• As soon as possible Please inform us if you will be needing a parking slot and so we can manage a
space for your car.
• For your awareness the property is not a HOTEL or a Resort it’s a private residence only.
• Please don't expect AZURE STAFF to assist you with your luggage's.
• Please don't forget to bring the screen shot of your GUEST ADVISE FORM. Security Guard is/are not
allowing you to enter in the Unit.
• Please treat the unit like it is yours. Always keep it CLEAN. If deep cleaning will be required upon check
out of the guests, additional cleaning fees apply and will be deducted from the security deposit. Please
dispose trash properly.
• GUEST CANNOT INVITE GUEST. guest that are registered is the only person that can enter the
vicinity/property.
• NO COOKING of fish, seafoods and meat we only allow light cooking, something like for breakfast,
eggs, hotdogs etc.
• PHP500.00 cleaning fee Will be charged to the guests once left the unit dirty.
Any violation by the guests of the foregoing rules and regulations shall be
subject of Php5,000 Penalty.
