Terms and Conditions

BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICIES:


• Prior reservation is required. No walk-ins allowed.
• Mount Purro Nature Reserve can only accept a limited number of guests per day.
• Reservation is on a first pay, first served basis. Guests must send 50% down or full payment upon confirmation
of booking, at least 3 days prior to their visit.
• All rates are inclusive of 12% VAT. Rates and packages are subject to change without prior notice.
• Mode of payment: BPI bank deposit or Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card online payment (*by-request,
check-out link*).
• Full payment is required upon check-in. Other charges incurred during your stay shall be paid by cash or online
transfer before check-out. NOTE: For onsite online payments, only Smart LTE signal is available.
• Should your group anticipate MORE than the number of persons stated in the final quotation, a 72-hour advance
notice through your Reservations Officer is required. Additional charges shall apply for additional persons
beyond what is quoted.
• Should your group anticipate LESS than the number of persons stated in the final quotation, NO payment
adjustments will be accepted. Payment made for “no-show” guests, unconsumed services, or the like, is not
transferrable or consumable for other food, accommodation, and services.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND BOOKING POLICIES:


• Deposits for bookings which are cancelled 14 days or more before the reserved date may be refunded as credit
for future bookings, within 4 months from original reservation date. New booking date is subject to availability
and may only be done once. Should there be changes in booking details, current standard rates during
rebooking date will apply.
• Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 14 days from the reserved date shall be forfeited.
• Cancellation by guest or Mount Purro Nature Reserve due to fortuitous events (i.e. declared typhoons) may be
refunded as credit for future bookings, or refunded less 20% handling fee based on full booking amount.
• Cancellations initiated by guest due to fortuitous events must be communicated via email to your Reservations
Officer, cc: GNP@mountpurronaturereserve.com, at least 2pm day before the reserved date. Email should
include reason for cancellation and supporting document/s (subject for review and approval). No email
notification or a "no-show" will forfeit reservation. New booking date is subject to availability.
• Mount Purro Nature Reserve reserves the right to determine valid reasons for cancellation, refund, and
rebooking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:


• Day Tour Guests – Earliest check in is 7:00am, Latest checkout is 5:00pm.
• Overnight Guests – Standard check in time is 2:00PM, check-out time: 12:00 NN.
• NO mask, NO entry.
• MPNR has the right to refuse guests who will not abide by the regulations and/or pass health checks.

• Overnight guests are requested to present a valid ID of at least 1 principal adult occupant per room prior to
check in.
• Overnight guests are required to pay a refundable Php500 per room for key deposit upon check-in. Key must be
surrendered upon checkout. Otherwise, Php500 will be forfeited.

WAIVER, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


• In as much as we would want to and despite due diligence and earnest efforts, Mount Purro Nature Reserve, its
management, facilitators and staff cannot guarantee the overall safety of its clients, as well as latter’s
properties.
• Accordingly, while Mount Purro Nature Reserve looks after the safety of its clients to all extent possible, it is
not reasonable to hold Mount Purro Nature Reserve, its management, facilitators and staff liable for any
accident, sickness, damage or loss to person, pet, or property during their stay.
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Mount Purro Nature Reserve caused by themselves,
or any person or pet for whom they are responsible.
• Guests are required to follow Mount Purro Nature Reserve’s rules and regulations at all times, and may be
penalized otherwise.

Rules & Regulations


Mount Purro Nature Reserve (MPNR) strives to be eco-friendly and self-sustaining. We consider every guest our
partner in this endeavor. It is for this reason that we have rules and regulations that will help us preserve the order
and beauty of our home.

On Safety and Security:


• Please be mindful of your own safety and security. “Safety begins with me.”
• Mount Purro Nature Reserve, its management, and staff will not be liable for any accident, sickness, damage or
loss to person or property during the stay.

On Behavior:
• Guests must abide by house rules at all times. Failure to do so may result in penalties or ejection from the
premises.
• MPNR reserves the right to refuse service to unruly, disruptive, disrespectful, and unlawful guests. Further,
MPNR may report such cases to local Barangay.
• Strict noise curfew is observed from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM to respect other guests and the environment. If
necessary, during curfew hours, guests may continue their socials, at minimum noise level, at the bonfire area.
• Please be conscious of noise and music levels at all times.

On Food and Beverage:
• No on-site ordering of meals or snacks. All MPNR meals must pre-ordered and confirmed prior to visit. Menu
is fixed and served plated-style only.
• For pre-ordered meals, food will be served at Loli’s Kitchen or nearby areas at the time schedule below:

o Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (weekdays) o PM Snacks: 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM


6:30 AM to 9:00 AM (weekends) o Dinner: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
o Lunch: 1200 NN to 2:00 PM

• Missed meals without notice are deemed consumed.


• Please follow sitting arrangements assigned by the MPNR Staff.
• Please be mindful of food waste.
• For guests who will bring their own food, meals can only be consumed at the designated areas.
• Kindly practice Clean-As-You-GO (CLAY-GO).
• Strictly no cooking or heating of food is allowed.
• All accommodations are strictly food-free zones. No storage or consumption of food inside the rooms. The
original inhabitants of our nature reserve have high sensitivity to food and drinks. To avoid any unwanted
guests in your belongings and space, kindly deposit all food and beverages at the Reception Area for
safekeeping.
• Corkage for drinks is Php200 per liquor bottle or Php500 per case of beer. Please declare bottles and cases upon
check-in.

On Surroundings:
• Respect the environment.
• Strictly no picking of plants and flowers at all times.
• Always conserve water and electricity.
• Kindly throw your garbage and disposals in proper bins.
• Smoking is allowed only in select areas. Please refrain from smoking near pregnant women and children.

On Toilets and Baths:


• Please bring your own towels, toiletries, and insect repellents.
• We discourage using disposable sachets and plastics, and encourage reusable containers.
• There are toilets and baths located around the premises for your convenience.
• Help us keep common toilets and baths fresh and clean.

On Game Room:
• No eating and drinking in the billiards, table tennis, and foosball areas.
• Handle all Game Room items with care. No sitting or standing on game tables.
• Children below 12 years old should be supervised by an adult.
• MPNR has the sole discretion on damage assessment.

On Swimming Pool:
• The swimming pool is open from 7:00am-10:00pm.
• Proper swimwear is required. For guys: rash guard, swim trunks, board shorts. For girls: rash guard, swimsuits,
and board shorts. Cotton shirts, jersey shorts and other fabrics may cause damage to pool filter system.
• We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of swimwear.
• Strictly no eating and drinking inside the pool and around the pool area at all times.
• It is necessary for swimmers to rinse off and take a shower before getting into the swimming pool.
• Non-swimmers and children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

On Pets:
• Pets must be declared upon booking. Pets who will stay overnight will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of
Php 500 per pet per night.
• Only pet dogs and cats are allowed within the premises.
• Pets should have up to date vaccinations and inoculations and do not have communicable illnesses or diseases.
• Pet owners must bring pets’ own food and necessary accessories – leash, water bowl, crate/carrier, bed,
diaper/pee pad, scratch pole, litter box, disposable bags etc.
• Pet owners must be responsible for their pets’ waste and noise level, especially in common areas.
• Pet owners must remove and dispose of litter or waste from the premises, otherwise, penalties will be applied.
• Pet owners should keep their pets in check to avoid harm and inconvenience and others. Pets should not be
left unattended while inside the premises.
• Pet owners should make sure their pets do not eat, play with, or destroy anything in the property, particularly
the plants.
• Pets are not allowed inside Loli’s Kitchen.
• Pets are not allowed to bathe in the pool. Pets may not bathe in the bathrooms inside accommodations.

On Activities:
• Pre-scheduled activities are subject to weather condition, may change or cancel without prior notice.
• Pre-scheduled activities have limited slots. You may check schedule and sign up after check-in.
• There will be no discounts if activities are not availed.

By confirming your booking, you and your group have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and
conditions, and rules and regulations of MPNR.
