    6.5" x 4" This fun hair scrunchie crochet pattern is
    can be customized to create different
    TERMS USED sizes and looks depending on the yarn
    CH: Chain type and weight that you choose!
    HDC: Half Double Crochet
    SL: Slip Stitch NOTES
    ST: Stitch
    This pattern is worked in the round.
    The success of this pattern will not
    YOU WILL NEED
    depend on the gauge or yarn choice.
    US 3.5mm/E-4 Hook
    Elastic Hair Ties
    Scissors
    50-75 yds Worsted Weight
    4 Yarn
    Recommended: Big Twist
    or Red Heart Solids
    Worsted Weight Yarn

    GAUGE
    20 CH = 3.5"

    CH 17, wrap the chain around the elastic hair tie, SL into the 1st CH.

    CH 1, HDC into each CH starting in the CH 1 space.


    Continue to HDC into the top of the beginning of the chain to start
    working in the round.

    Continue until you have reached the desired length, keeping the fabric
    straight so as you go so that it does not become twisted. More length
    will create more folds in the scrunchie! Once you have reached the
    desired length, SL the edges of the loop together. Tie off and weave in
    any loose yarn ends.
