LIVER Abdomen is full of gases.
Liver is Normal in size. Normal in Echotexture. No obvious focal / diffuse lesion seen. Hepatic & portal vein radilcles are Normal. No dilated intrahepatic biliary radicles seen. Hepatorenal angle is clear.
GB Multiple Bright Echoes measuring between 2.3 to 13.6 mm sizes
casting acoustic shadows seen in Lumen. Gallbladder wall thickness is measuring about 2.5 mm in AP Diameter.Common duct is normal. measuring about 4mm in AP Diameter,No obvious calculi seen in CD at present. PANCREAS Normal in size & echotexture.Pancreatic duct is not dilated. SPLEEN Normal in size Normal in echotexture. Splenic vein not dilated. KIDNEYS Both Kidneys are Normal in Size & Echotexture. Renal Parenchyma is homogenous, No obvious focal diffuse lesion seen. Bright Echoes measuring about 6.4, 5.9,5.1,5 & 4.1 mm sizes seen in cortex upper Upper, mid&lower Lobe Rt. Kidney And Bright echoes measuring about 6.6 , 5.9,5.1 & 4 mm sizes seen in Cortex upper mid Lower Lobe Lt. Kidney at scan time. No obvious Mass/Hydronephrosis seen in Both Kidneys at scan time.
URETERS Both Ureters Upper Parts Not Dilated.
U.BLADDER Normal, No Obvious Stone Mass Seen. UTERUS AV in Position, Multiperous in size. Normal in echotexture. Endometrial Thickness is Measuring about 4.8 mm in AP Diameter. No obvious myoma seen.
