    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
    POLYADDIT ANTISTATIC 04005 masterbatch is for commodity plastics. Commodity plastics by nature process an electrical insulating
    property which gives them the potential to built-up
    up high static charge on their surface due to friction caused by dry air moving over them or
    movement against other the surface.

    USAGE
    POLYADDIT ANTISTATIC 04005 are used for reduces surface resistivity of plastics, reduces dust pickup and static charge built-up on
    plastics.

    For film application, we recommend an addition rate of 1-4


    1 %.
    To improve film opennability it is recommended that 0.5% of Polyaddit Antiblock 04001 be added to the inner layer of the film . Issue Date: Nov, 2023

    STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE


    It is recommended to store POLYADDIT ANTISTATIC 04005 masterbatch in dry,, dust free conditions and prevent exposure to direct
    sunlight and/or heat. The storage should not exceed 6 months at 25°C for optimum performance. Higher temperature might reduce
    storage time considerably.
