    WRD - Andhra Pradesh Irrigation and Livelihood Improvement Project Phase-II
    (APILIP-II) with JICA assistance - Restructuring of Andhra Pradesh Irrigation and
    Livelihood Improvement Project Phase-II (APILIP-II) from an amount of Rs. 2000
    Crores (Rupees Two Thousand Crores only) to Rs. 1050 Crores (Rupees One
    Thousand and Fifty Crores only) -Orders -Issued.

    ORDER:

    In the G.0 1St read above the Government have issued orders for
    Implementation and Funds flow arrangements to Andhra Pradesh Irrigation and
    Livelihood Improvement Project Phase-II (APILIP-II).
    2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Government have accorded
    administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.2000 Crores (Rupees Two Thousand
    Crores only) for implementation of Andhra Pradesh Irrigation and Livelihood
    Improvement Pro].ect Phase-II (APILIP-II). The State Project Director, Andhra
    Pradesh Irrigation and Livelihood Improvement Project Phase-II (APILIP-II) was
    permitted to accord administrative approvals to different activities under different
    components of APILIP-II, as and when necessary, with in the administrative
    approval of the pro].ect cost.

    3. In the reference 3rd read above, the commissioner, CADA, WRD, Vijayawada
    has sent a proposal to the Government for restructuring of Andhra Pradesh
    Irrigation and Livelihood Improvement Project Phase-II (APILIP-II) from an amount
    of Rs. 2000 Crores (Rupees Two Thousand Crores only) to Rs. 1050 Crores (Rupees
    One Thousand and Fifty Crores only).
    4. After careful examination of proposal, the Government hereby accord
    permission for restructuring of Andhra Pradesh Irrigation and Livelihood
    Improvement Project Phase-II (APILIP-II) from an amount of Rs. 2000 Crores
    (Rupees Two Thousand Crores only) to Rs. 1050 Crores (Rupees One Thousand and
    Fifty Crores only), subject to take necessary action in the matter as per the DEA,
    Ministry of Finance, Gol guidelines. Component wise restructuring of the scheme is
    as follows:

    5. The State Project Director, Andhra Pradesh Irrigation and Livelihood


    improvement project Phase-II (APILIP-II) is permitted to accord administrative
    approvals to different activities under different components of APILIP-II, as and
    when necessary, with in the administrative'approval of the project cost.

    6. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 4 above shall be debited to the Head of


    Account ``4700-80-800-03-07-500-503 other expenditure".

    7. This order issues with the Concurrence of the Finance Department vide their
    U.O.No.FIN01-PMUOEAP(APP)/18/2023-EAP(Computer.No.2233941),dt.29.01.2024.

    8. The Commissioner, CADA, WRD, Vij.ayawada shall take further necessary


    action accordingly.
