    WRIT PETITION No.14338 OF 2023

    ORDER:

    This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

    “...to issue an appropriate writ, direction, order, more


    particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus
    the action of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not
    reinstating the petitioner into service by reviewing the
    order of suspension, vide Roc.No.507602/2022/C2,
    dated 30.11.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent is
    highly illegal and unjustified.”

    2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

    learned Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for

    respondents.

    3. Having regard to the fact that a period of six (06)

    months after the suspension of the petitioner have lapsed

    and the Government is required to review the order of

    suspension in terms of G.O.No.84 of 08.03.1994, this

    Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the

    representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2023 in terms

    of above mentioned G.O. within a period of three (03)

    weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and

    communicate its decision to the petitioner.

    4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There

    shall be no order as to costs.

    Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ

    Petition, shall stand closed.
