    What you’ll do:

     Leading one or several domain areas delivery from BA prospective based on Blueprint
    Methodology. That includes business readiness assessment, business advisory, scope
    control, analysis and design activities planning and execution, customer relationship
    management, internal and external reporting, BA solution acceptance.
     High complexity cross-domain problems solution from analysis and design standpoint.
     Preparation of business analysis documents for internal and external use such as:
    Requirements, Traceability Matrix, Compliance Matrix and System Design documents
     BA Team management, couching and people training.
     Establishment and control of BA team delivery processes.

    What we are looking for:

    Mandatory:

     Excellent understanding of Business processes for service or product-oriented company,


    preferably Telecom.
     >2 year business analysis experience, including customer facing experience.
     >1 year experience managing 3+ people team.
     Excellent communication skills in English.
     Understanding of project lifecycle from pre-sale to support & maintenance.
     Experience in IT implementation projects.
     Good understanding of delivery processes involving BA team.
     Being a driver who possess the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions
    in a timely manner.

    Beneficial:

     Business process modeling experience.
     Understanding of BSS/OSS standard processes.
     BABOK knowledge.
     ETOM/SID/ITIL knowledge.
     General understanding of network technologies, i.e. SONET, Ethernet, FTTx, Mobile,
    xWDM, etc.
