Everyday Morning 6:00 A.M =

Thursday = 1bati paka pepe

Friday = half sosha, 1ta choto tomato, half gajor gol gol kore kete chart masala diye khabe

Saturday = half peyara or orange o gota sosha

Sunday = Orange/half apple/ pepe/ peyara any one ba two fruits

Lunch 12.30 to 2.30 P.M

Monday= 1 bati Rice, 1bati dal, 1bati jekono saak ba sobji, ekta mach/dim/2piece chicken

Tuesday = 1ta roti, palak paneer, 1bati tok doi, salad (sosha, half tomato, half gajor)

Wednesday = 1 bati Rice, 1bati dal (moog dal/cholar dal/ arhor dal) methi saak, mach, tok doi,
sosha

Thursday = 1 roti, 1bati soybean er tarkari, 1boiled egg, 1 bati doi, sosha

Friday = Dalia sob racom sobji diye khichuri , papad, tok doi 1 bati
