    This First Appeal for orders again having come up for orders on
    24.09.2024, upon perusing the appeal memorandum, the court on the same day
    passed the following:

    ORDER

    Devan Ramachandran, J.

    Today, the learned counsel for both sides

    seek that their respective clients be allowed

    to attempt a mediation under the aegis of

    Sri.Ameer Ali, Retired District Judge, who is

    also an advocate of this Court and an

    accredited mediator. They offered that their

    clients will appear before him in his office

    for this purpose within the next two weeks.

    2. We, therefore, direct the parties to

    appear before Sri.Ameer Ali to attempt a

    mediation between the parties.

    3. We also record the submissions of the

    parties that they will make available all the

    papers of this case to Sri.Ameer Ali; and that

    the Registry is not required to do so.

    4. For the afore purpose, we direct the

    parties to mark their appearance before

    Sri.Ameer Ali in his Office at 11 a.m. on

    03.10.2024.
