platforms Alibaba.com, Taobao, and Tmall and
their roles in B2B, B2C, and C2C transactions.
Discussed competitive advantages and market
strategies, offering insights into Alibaba's

2019 Analysis and Documentation of 2018 Cyber

Security Incidents
Researched and documented significant 2018
cyber security incidents, including Russian grid
hacking, Iranian hackers targeting US
universities, and breaches such as Under
Armour’s MyFitnessPal. Highlighted the VPN
Filter malware affecting global routers and
participated in Malaysia's NICTSeD CyberSAFE

2022 AirAsia’s Business Continuity and Disaster

Recovery (BCDR) Plan
Developed and documented a comprehensive
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
(BCDR) plan for AirAsia, detailing critical
business functions and processes, activation
and recovery phases, and the implementation
of crisis management strategies. The plan
included the establishment of BCDR teams, IT
recovery protocols, and procedures for
transitioning to alternate sites and cloud
services, ensuring seamless resumption of
operations and data synchronization during
emergencies.
