Responsibilities:
Cafeteria Management: -
Formulating the food committee involving all the processes and finalizing the food menu.
Ensuring the food and snacks available for more than 1500 employees as per the schedule round
the clock and as per the quality standards. Surprised checks of cafeteria & testing of food,
checking of cleaning status at cafeteria.
Security Management: -
Posting security for personal security, material movement and monitoring CCTV.
Restrict access to unauthorized personnel to critical areas as deemed by the client.
Challenge person carrying information system equipment out of an office or the building.
Clubhouse Management: -
Approves budgets, staffing and general operating procedures and other plans for the rooms,
housekeeping, maintenance and repair and security departments; directs the work of department
heads.
Maintains contact with members and helps to assure maximum member satisfaction.
Receives and resolves complaints from club members, guests and employees.
Participates in on-going facility inspections throughout the club to assure that cleanliness,
maintenance, safety and other standards are consistently attained.

Activating and de-activating the access control for employees as per the data received from HR.
Coordinating with BMS for access for ground floor. Handling the access control software
House Keeping: -
Coordinating and monitoring to ensure adequate staffing is available at all required places like
cafeteria and washrooms. Ensuring the cleaning is done as per the daily, weekly and monthly
check list.
Managing a facility team of 73 Personal covering total 7,65,249 Sqft.
Handling Soft Services (I.e., Housekeeping, Pest Control, Cafeteria Management, Event
Management, Horticulture Management, Waste Management, & Administrative work) within the
premises.
Take a daily basis round & prepare Technical as well as soft services snag & given Helpdesk
Portal. Also, coordinate with vendors to complete the given task / work within given timeline.
Ensuring Vendors & Service Providers meet their deliverable as per the contracted terms.
Preparation of Weekly & Monthly management report for client as per prescribed format.
Prepare the monthly attendance sheet of all vendor’s staff (86 Staff) for this site.
Prepare Monthly reports (52week Calendar Activity Tracker, Inventory management, all
checklist hard copies data maintain in soft copy) as per client given formats.
Maintain Manpower & Material Supply Cost sheet for sites.
Asset Management: -
Maintaining the details of all the assets including workstations, pedestals, racks, LCDs and Laptops
as per the format.
