Duties:

 Plan strategy to ensure efficient management of facility with savings-managed,


maintained and supported the reliability of the AMCs, material Management, facility
operations and assets in the facility of 1L sqft+parking with 1000 seating capacity.
 Provided supported for the facility budgets and day to day co-ordinate with purchase
team and vendors.
 Rising of purchase requisition for administrations services, checking and tracking of
purchase orders.
 Maintained and operated the facilities-managed resources including Budget, Staff
Contract, Consultants and finance.
 Planned strategy to ensure efficient management of assets- managed, maintened and
supported the reliability of the system, equipment,properties and asset in the facility.
 Responding appropriately to tenants emergencies or urgent issue as they arise.
 Coordinating and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas.

Duties:
 Responsible for the grooming, uniform standards, cleanliness, hygiene and overall
attitude for the staff.
 Daily inspection of premises for cleanliness and hygiene and take corrective actions as
and when required.
 Employee’s health and safety & related services.
 Help desk regarding the arrangements of the day.
 Coordinate with facilities help desk regarding the arrangement of the day.

 Prepare weekly shifts/duty rosters for helpdesk, front desk, and mailroom.
