DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Absolute Sale made and entered into this by and between:
VIA DOMUS AMADEUS REALTY, INC. represented by ALEXANDER R. HAWAK, married,
of legal age, and with postal address at Lemery, Batangas City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;
-and-
CARMELO ALVIN A. HAWAK, single, of legal age, and with postal address at Lemery, Batangas City hereinafter referred as the "VENDEE".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of a certain parcel of land situated at Dagatan, Amadeo, Cavite, covered by Tax Declaration No. AA-02-0016-01464 with an area of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN (837) SQUARE METERS and which is more particularly described as follows:

Containing an area of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN (837) SQUARE METERS.
WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy the afore-described properties and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above- described properties.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and more specifically the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php2,000,000.00) Philippine currency, the said SELLER has SOLD, TRANSFERRED and CONVEYED, and by these presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the BUYER, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest the above-described properties, free from all claims, liens and encumbrances.
