SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA)
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, ALLAN RICO ABOUT, of legal age, Filipino, Married, residing at Purok 30,
Poblacion Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines, have named, constituted and
appointed GARRI JUNTILLA CONSTANTINO to be my/our true and lawful attorney -in-
fact (hereinafter called “AIF”) for and in my name, place and stead to perform the
following acts for my/our behalf:
1. To provide the bank my/our personal information and related documents, and I/we ,
likewise authorize the Bank to receive, use, process, store, or share to any of its
affiliates, subsidiaries or third parties which provide related services or ave
contractual obligations authorized to receive my/our personal information, relevant
account information, and other information pertaining to my /our account/s relative
to the above transactions, now existing or which may hereafter be opened, for the
following purposes: (a) in order to commence and other products and services of
the Bank; b) for my/our protection or of the Bank against fraudulent, unauthorized,
or illegal transactions; © in the validation, verification, and/or updating of my.\/our
information and related documents; (d0 in order for the Bank to enforce its rights or
perform its obligations by reason of any law, rules and regulations, contract, or
orders from any court or quasi-judicial and administrative offices with corresponding
duty to keep such information confidential in accordance with the bank;’s Data
Privacy Policy; (e) in the prosecuting or defence of the Bank or its
directors/officers/employees with regards to the disputes or claims pertaining to
the products and services of the bank;and (f) in order for the bank, its affiliates
and/or subsidiaries to offer or provide other related products and services to
me/us. I/we understand that in granting the above authorities, I/we hereby waive
my/our rights to confidentiality and privacy of the Information and such other
rights as may be provided under Republic Act (RA) No. 1405 ( Law on Secrecy of
bank Deposits), RA No. 6426 (The Foreign Currency Deposit Act), RA No. 8971
(General Banking Law of 2000), RA No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), or all other
applicable laws, which may be in conflict with the Bank in carrying out its
authorities;
2. To receive and/or take possession of the Vehicle.

3. In the event of full settlement of the loan, to demand and receive the collateral
documents from the bank.
4. To do any other acts or deeds necessary to effect the foregoing authority/ies.
GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary
to be done in an about the premises, as fully to all intents an purposes as I/We might
or could do if personally present. If all the acts authorized herein had already been
performed by my AIF, then this SPA shall serve as ratification and confirmation of the
aforesaid acts of my AIF.
I/we execute this SPA with full knowledge and understanding of its contents,
and that all data and information I/we entered or caused to be entered in all blank
spaces are true and correct.
This SPA shall remain valid, and the Bank shall not be held liable in accepting it,
without actual receipt of written notice/s of this revocation.
