How to use your credits package

Your pass is loaded with credits for redeeming against admissions. Every pass has a unique code and contains a maximum
number of credits depending on the number of attractions selected. 1 credit = 1 attraction.

Your pass is required for admission at each attraction, so please have it to hand and ready to show it as you enter. If you’ve
puchased multiple passes, you will need to show each one.

Some attractions require a booking

Be sure to check in advance. For any attraction requiring a reservation, booking details can be found under the individual

Choose either Big Bus London or Golden Tours Hop-On, Hop-Off Bus Tour. Once selected, tickets cannot be interchanged.
Simply present you pass to a staff member at any Big Bus or Golden Tours bus stop. Tickets include bus tour only.

Pass expiration
Your pass is activated when you visit your first attraction. It is then valid for 60 calendar days.
You have two years from your purchase date to begin using your pass.

Lost pass
If you lose your pass, you can reprint it at any time from your order confirmation email.

Once inside the Cathedral, access to the Dome Galleries is usually available from 9.30am to 4.15pm (10am to 4.15pm on
Wednesdays). Please note that the Whispering Gallery is closed to the public until further notice. Entrance to the Golden
Gallery is subject to availability due to capacity controls in operation, and there may be time restrictions in place.
The wearing of face coverings is not mandatory, however, the cathedral welcomes and encourages worshippers, visitors,
staff, and volunteers to continue to wear masks if they prefer. Please be mindful and respectful of the choices of others
and of those who may wish to maintain social distancing.
Multimedia guides are provided. Headphones are provided on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own (3.5mm jack
connection) or download the free app to play on your own device.
Respectful non-flash photography for personal use inside the cathedral is welcomed outside service times. Filming,
