Social: He loves spending more time with his family and friends.

Increased carbohydrate intake related to his uncontrolled food eating habit as evidence by
weight gain.

PROBLEM: Uncontrolled Increasing Weight

OBJECTIVES:
1. The patient will be able to slowly losing his weight by achieving the desirable body weight
(68kg)
2. The patient will be able to control his food eating habit
3. Will be able to see the changes and improvement after applying the diet prescription for
the patient.

Implementation of short term:
 Balancing the calories he eats and physical activity to maintaining a healthy weight. Read
on to learn why weight may change as you get older, exercise more and eat fewer calories
than is recommended.

Long term Goal:


 Mr. Robertson will modify diet to include calories through the use of diet description to
prevent his loss weight and eventually to promote his gain loss.
Implementation of long term:
 Body needs a certain number of calories each day, try to follow a healthy eating pattern in
diet prescription, decrease the number of calories you eat while maintaining a moderate
activity level.
