    b. 49 individuals municipality of Numancia
    c. 10 individuals barangay Candelaria New Washington
    d. 31 Families and 128 individuals of Barangay Lumaynay was displaced
    inside Evacuation Center.
    e. 1 Family and 4 individuals of Barangay Tamalagon, Tangalan was
    displaced inside evacuation center.
