I. Weather Condition
Rain: Cloudy skies, with occasional light rains
Wind Speed: Light to moderate winds
Coastal Water: Light to moderate seas

Globe signal was restored on December 4, 2019 at 10:30 AM.


Smart signal restored on December 5, 2019 at around 12:00 noon.
Both communication lines have weak network signal.

All major roads and bridges are passable to all types of vehicles.

Houses along river side in Purok 4, Barangay Baybay are washed out due to
erosion. Evacuees are at Catarman Evacuation Facility.

Landslide at Brgy. Hinatad was reported. Unpassable road going to Brgy.


McKinley
Landslide at Brgy. Cal-igang. Unpassable road going to Salvacion, Guba
Landslide at Brgy. UEP III at Sitio Tabor and Sitio Cevallos
Damages to critical facilities in barangays (school building, brgy. hall, day care
centers)

1. Health: ATS 500 IU, Tetanus Toxoid, Antitussives, ORS
2. Food: food packs and potable water good for one week
3. Shelter: tarpaulin, GI sheets, plywood, tents,
4. WASH: Hygiene kits, dignity kits, water source (bladder), sleeping kits
5. Clothes for displaced individuals
6. Psychosocial intervention (evacuees at Catarman Evacuation Facility)
7. Roads and Bridges: landslide area at Brgy. Hinatad and Cal-igang
