1. Deadline for abstract submission: January 30,2025
2. The abstract must be based on the original research work and should
not be published or presented elsewhere.
3. Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
4. Abstracts for the posters and oral presentation may be submitted to
the above-mentioned link.
5. Selection of the abstract and guidelines for presentation will be
communicated by e-mail within seven working days after the abstract
submission deadline.
6. Registration of at least one author for the conference is mandatory.
7. Certificate will be given only to the registered participants.
Instruction for oral presentation
1.Duration of oral presentation will be 10 minutes (7 minutes

presentation & 3 minutes discussion).
2. A maximumof 10 slides are only allowed.
Instruction for poster presentation
1.The poster presentation will be for 5 minutes (3 minutes for

presentation and 2 minutes for discussion).
2. All posters will be set in portrait style orientation (3 feet wide & 4
feet in length
3. Registration of at least one author for the conference is mandatory.
