     Rajoo engineers have strategic partners like Meaf machines (Netherlands), Commodore Technology
    LLC (USA), Bausano & figli (Italy) to provide a greater plastic extrusion solution to clients over the
    globe.
     Manufacturing monolayer blown film lines, Multilayer blown film lines, downward extrusion blown
    film lines which is used for, Agricultural film, Bags, Industry packaging, shrink film, stretch film,
    Consumer packaging, food wrap, transport packaging, Laminating film, Barrier film,PP / PS / ABS /
    Rpet sheet extrusion lines & Thermoforming machines for disposable Lids, cups, containers, glasses,

    ready designs comprising accurate 3D models and a complete set of 2D CAD manufacturing

    ROLES & RESPONCIBILITIES

     Generate 3D part and assembly models for solid, sheet metal using PRO-E (Creo Parametric 3.0),
    Solidworks, SolidEdge and AutoCAD.
     Generate and modify Bill of Material (BOM) using SAP and according to manufacturing order.
     Selection of manufacturing procedures for part and generate routing according to functional
    requirement of the component.
     Generate process drawing of components according to various manufacturing procedures like
    turning, grinding, fabrication, drilling, shaping, punching.
     Create parts & assembly and drawings using welding, machining symbols, tolerances.
     Selection of fits and applying GD&T according to mating and Functionality of the component.
     Selection of material and heat treatment as per wear and application of component.
     Selection of Gear, Bearing, motor, Gearbox and other bought out components.
     Coordinate with manufacturing dept., vendor development dept. And track the product development.
     Involved in reverse engineering for development of product.
     Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate
    the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
     Customisation of machine as per requirement of customer, keep the record of customer assembly
    details for spares and future orders.
     Analyse working of machine and continuously improve its component design to reduce cost, improve
    quality, easier manufacturing process, less complicate design
     Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs at design reviews

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

     B.E. (Mechanical) from Darshan Institute of Engineering and Technology, Rajkot, Gujarat, G.T.U. in
    2013 with CGPA 6.49.
     12th from G.S.H.S.E.B., in 2009 with 53.40%.
     10th from G.S.H.S.E.B., in 2007 with 80.31%.

    ORGANIZATIONAL PROJECTS

    1) WPC (wood plastic composites)

    Rajoo Bausano’s exclusive polywood technology uses wood powder up to 80% to manufacture wpc
    profile & board. WPC line consists of a twin screw extruder with multi drive system, coat hanger die,
    calibrators, mould temperature controller, cutting and stacking unit.
    2) MULTI STATION THERMOFORMING MACHINES

    Rajoo’s multi station thermoforming machine is forming cutting & stacking unit in on line. It is
    completely driven by servo motors. It is most suitable for mass production of plastic containers,
    glasses, trays, boxes lids etc.

    TRAINING PROJECT & ACHIEVEMENT

     Attended monthly training of SAP system for data management, achieved award for excellent
    performance in SAP implementation at Rajoo Engineers LTD.
     Attended 15 days vocational training in Kutch Lignite Thermal Power Station for turbine
    management department & boiler management department
     Completed Industrial defined problem of defect analysis and optimise its effect in investment casting
    at Darshan institute of engineering & technology.
