The smile is the best tonic for our mind and body. It takes thirteen muscles

hand, if we constantly think about negative things, we feel unhappy. So, the
best way to avoid a negative idea is to replace it with a positive one. When
we are relaxed in bed, we should practise putting some cheerful thoughts.

We visited the North Bay Island, where we went sea walking. What an
experience it was! Suddenly and pleasantly so, my fear of deep blue has
changed to awe and astonishment. My first experience of seeing the fishes
so close to me exhilarating and dumbfounded to see that fishes didn’t have a
natural fear of humans, unlike most terrestrial animals. They would move
around freely and even willing to be hand fed by us, the lesser mortals.
