    The following Officer will visit the specified District/Block & Hospitals for monitoring &
    Supportive Supervision for Dengue, its surveillance, testing strategy, Case Management, Reporting and other
    issues as per schedule noted bellow:

    Date : 07.12.2024 (Basirhat HD )
    a) Will reach Haroa RH Basirhat HD by Govt vehicle bearing No: WB 95 4337 by 10.30am
    b) Visit OPD/Laboratory from 10.30-11.30am
    c) Visit IPD from 11.30am-1pm
    e) Discussion with BMOH, available MO,Staff Nurses,LT/MT-Lab,HA(F),HS(F),HA(M),CHA,CHO and
    other Staff of District Public Health wing from 1-4pm
    ) Start to return back to Kolkata by 5pm
    The concerned CMOH is requested to take necessary arrangements for movement in the districts &
    accommodation for the same as required &Dy-CMOH-I is requested his team for their cooperation. The
    State Officers are requested to contact concerned district authorities prior to their plan of visit &
    submit the
    reports to the Director of Public Health.
    The necessary TA/DA and other itinerary willbe borne from the respective Monitoring &
    head of NVBDCP as approved in RoP-2024-25. Supervision
    This is with approval of higher authority. The movement is in the interest of public
    service & all
    concerned are being informed accordingly.
