    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, and entered into by:

    HUBERTO A. DICO, of legal age, Filipino, married, with


    residence and postal address at Brgy. Calsadahay, Dagami,
    Leyte, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

    -AND-

    FELIX B. VILLAMOR, of legal age, Filipino, single, with


    residence and postal address at Brgy. Calsadahay, Dagami,
    Leyte, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

    WITNESSETH:

    That the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a parcel of


    land designated as Lot No. 9431, located at Brgy.
    Calsadahay, Dagami, Leyte. Said property is more
    particularly described as follows:

    “A parcel of land designated as 9431,


    located at, Brgy. Calsadahay, Dagami,
    Leyte, containing an area of Two
    Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-nine
    (2,669) Square Meters, more or less.”

    That the VENDOR offered to sell the above-mentioned


    parcel of property to the VENDEE has agreed to buy in the
    amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
    (P100,000.00) Philippine Currency;

    That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE


    HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00),
    Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
    acknowledged by the VENDOR to his full and entire
    satisfaction, said VENDOR do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and
    CONVEY in a manner that is absolute and irrevocable,
    peaceful possession and ownership of the above-described
    property unto the spouses VENDEE, their heirs and assigns,
    free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind
    whatsoever.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties affixed their


    signatures this ____________, at Tanauan, Leyte, Philippines.
