Draft for Application Integration and Synchronization
Objective: To streamline the process between Hospital Relationship Managers (HRMs) and
pilots, ensuring smooth communication, task assignment, and ride tracking.
Functionality:
o HRM places a booking for an ambulance service through the HRM
Application.
o The assigned pilot for the vehicle receives real-time notifications via the Pilot
Application, prompting them to accept the ride.
o HRM Application tracks ride status in real time, including patient pickup and
drop, as updated by the pilot in the Pilot Application.
o Synchronization ensures that both applications reflect accurate information on
vehicle availability, assignment, and ride completion.
Objective: To ensure that fleet management and pilot schedules are efficiently managed
through real-time data synchronization between the two applications.
Functionality:
o Fleet supervisors assign pilots to specific vehicles for both morning and night
shifts via the Fleet Supervisor Application.
o The assigned pilot is notified in advance via the Pilot Application, which
updates their schedule and vehicle number.
o Any changes made by the fleet supervisor regarding pilot assignment or
vehicle allocation are immediately reflected in the Pilot Application, ensuring
synchronization of fleet and personnel data.
The Fleet Supervisor Application must have the following core features:
a. Daily Fleet Audit: - The app will allow supervisors to conduct daily audits of the fleet,
including vehicle condition, fuel levels, and maintenance requirements.
b. Daily Roster Assignment: - The app must have options for creating daily rosters for pilots
based on vehicle numbers for both morning and night shifts. - Supervisors can assign specific
vehicles to pilots, ensuring clarity for the pilots about their duties the next day. - This
schedule will be shared in real-time with the Pilot Application.
4. Pilot Application Functionalities
a. Daily Punch-In and Punch-Out: - Pilots must punch in (mark themselves as available or
online) and punch out (offline or not available). - Once punched in, the pilot will be shown as
available with the vehicle assigned to them by the fleet supervisor a day prior.
