RULES AND REGUL ATIONS

TOURNAMENT DETAILS
Jr. Boys Under 18:

MAXIMUM TEAMS:
10 Junior Boys, 10 Junior Girls teams will be allowed participation on a rst-come- rst-serve basis.
AGE:
Ÿ Junior Category, Under 17 Girls - Players born on or a er 01/01/2008 and a Bona de Student of the school.
Ÿ Junior Category, Under 18 Boys - Players born on or a er 01/01/2007 and a Bona de Student of the school.
FORMAT:
Ÿ All the matches will be played on a KNOCK OUT BASIS.
Ÿ DU TION OF THE MATCHES - 40 Minutes ( Four Quarters)
Ÿ It is compulsory for all the players to carry their School ID Cards.
GUIDELINES:
Ÿ All the players should be Bona de Students of each school being represented by them, and no changes will be
entertained a er the nal list has been submi ed.
Ÿ e entry form for all the categories, duly lled with the desired information and a recent photograph of the player,
along with the entry fees must be submi ed on or before 20 September, 2024. Participating teams should register
online by Emailing their entries to sportify@manavsthalischool.com positively before the above-mentioned dates.
Ÿ Strict discipline has to be maintained by the participating teams in and around the playing arena.
Ÿ e team will consist of 12 players and must be accompanied by a Coach/Teacher In-charge who will be solely
responsible for the team's discipline. Failure to adhere to the discipline guidelines may result in the team being debarred
from participating in the league.
Ÿ e team should report at the Venue 30 minutes before the given time of the match in a proper kit. Failure to do so may
result in a walkover being given to the opponent team.
Ÿ e judgement of the officials of the match will be nal. No appeal/protest against the decision of the referees shall be
entertained.
Ÿ In case of any dispute, the nal decision will be taken by the panel of Organizing Commi ee which will be binding on
the teams and they will not appeal in any court of law.
Ÿ e Host School / Organizing Commi ee shall not be responsible for any kind of mishap during the Match or at the
Venue .

RULES AND REGUL ATIONS

Ÿ Races will be run on the Timing System.
Ÿ Copy of Birth Certi cate or School ID Card of the current session is compulsory, in the absence of which decision of the
Chief Official will be nal.
Ÿ e Host School, Organising Commi ee or the Coaches will not be responsible for any injury, loss, illness, or accident
which occurs during the Skating League.
Ÿ Management has the right to change the Date or Venue under any unavoidable circumstances.
Ÿ Registration Fees is Non-Refundable.
Ÿ A Skater can participate in any number of Events/ Races.
Ÿ Protests must be lodged in writing within 15 minutes of the Event in question, accompanied by a Fee of Rs. 2000/,
which will only be refunded if the protest is valid. e nal verdict will only be in the hands of the panel of Organizing
Commi ee. Any verbal protest will not be considered.
Ÿ Age will be considered as on 31st December’ 2024.
Ÿ A maximum of 5 boys and 5 girls will be allowed per category.
Ÿ All participants will get Participation/ Merit Certi cates.
Ÿ Winners will be given Medals.

We are pleased to inform you that the 1st Inter School Open Shooting Competition in Air Ri e/Air Pistol will be
held at Manav Sthali School, R-Block, New Rajendra Nagar, New Delhi from 26th September to 28th September’ 2024.

COMPETITION CONDUCTION
Ÿ e competition is open to all the interested shooters irrespective of their School
Ÿ e Category of Competition will be common to all i.e NR and Team Category
Ÿ School ID Card is mandatory for all as age and address proof , in alternative Adhaar Card can be shown.
Ÿ Match will start at 8:30 am. It is requested to all the shooters to report 45 minutes prior to the competition for all
veri cation and to avoid the delay.
Ÿ Match details and registration will be done on First Come First Serve Basis.
Ÿ Match will be on paper target and Each shooter will shoot 20 record shots.
Ÿ Shooter will get 10 minutes preparation time and 30 minutes for match time for 20 record shots
Ÿ e scoring will be based on full ring score. In case of a tied score, count back method on last series would be
adopted to break the tie.
Ÿ ere will be a separate Li le Champ Competition for the shooter below 12 years with si ing/standing support
system.
Ÿ ere will be 20 record shots for the Li le Champ with time duration of 30 minutes match timing and 10 minutes
sighter time.
Ÿ Shooters below the age of 12 years, who wish to participate in the standing category are eligible to participate.
Ÿ A maximum of 10 enteries will be allowed per category.
Ÿ Shooter/Team once registered, the entry fees is non refundable except only in the case of competition being
cancelled.
Ÿ Participation Certi cates will be issued to all the participants
Ÿ In case the participants have any complaint or there is any dispute regarding the scores he/she/ they must give the
same in wri en along with Rs 2000/- as a protest fee immediately to the panel of Organizing Commi ee. Disputes
will be resolved as per the N I Match Book.
