    Subject: Request for Arrangements during Ramazan for Shia Dawoodi Bohra Community

    Respected Sir

    I am writing this letter on behalf of the Shia Dawoodi Bohra community to request your kind
    attention towards the arrangements needed during the holy month of Ramazan, which will
    commence from 10th March 2024 and conclude on 8th April 2024. Our community intends to
    gather for prayers (namaz) at the Ajanta Vatika ground located at New Chetak Marg, Udaipur,
    during this auspicious period.

    Primarily, we kindly request the provision of adequate electricity supply throughout the duration of
    our gatherings to facilitate lighting and other electrical needs. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness
    in and around the prayer area is crucial to create a conducive environment for worship. We urge the
    concerned authorities to prioritize regular cleaning and sanitation activities at the Ajanta Vatika
    ground during this period.

    Furthermore, ensuring the security and safety of all community members and attendees is of
    paramount importance. We request the deployment of adequate security personnel to monitor the
    premises and manage any potential crowd-related issues effectively.

    We believe that your cooperation and support in these matters will greatly contribute to the
    successful observance of Ramazan by our community members. Your assistance in facilitating these
    arrangements will be highly appreciated and will enable us to observe our religious practices in a
    harmonious and conducive environment.

    We look forward to a positive response from your esteemed office and assure you of our full
    cooperation in implementing the necessary measures for the upcoming gatherings.
