Scope of Work

Invite-Only SaaS based Ecommerce, Marketing and Sales Application

Project Description: This project involves the development of a SaaS based mobile
and web application with invite-only signup functionality. Upon login, users will be
landed on a dashboard where the company information can be viewed, free videos can
be watched and some pdf can be viewed for gaining some knowledge on marketing,
understanding what our company does and how they can earn money. The application
will offer various membership plans with corresponding features that unlock upon
purchase. Users will also have access to a community forum to interact with other
members within their respective membership tiers.

Scope of Services:
● Task 1: Design and User Interface (UI) Development
● Create wireframes and mockups for the mobile and web application.
● Design the user interface, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user
experience.
● Develop the front-end of the application using appropriate technologies
(e.g., Flutter for mobile, React/Next JS for web).
● Task 2: Back-End Development and Database Design
● Design and implement the back-end infrastructure using a suitable
framework (e.g., Node.js, Django).
● Develop a database schema to store user information, membership plans,
content, and community interactions.
● Implement the invite-only signup mechanism and user authentication.
● Task 3: Content Management System (CMS) Integration
● Integrate a CMS to enable easy management of company information,
videos, and text, live paid and free sessions
● Develop an admin panel for managing user accounts, membership plans,
and community content.
● Task 4: Membership Plan Implementation
● Develop the functionality for displaying and managing membership plans.
● Implement the payment gateway integration for secure online
transactions.
● Set up the logic to unlock features based on the user's purchased
membership plan.
● Task 5: Community Forum Development
● Create a community forum for users to interact and engage with each
other.
● Implement features such as discussion threads, comments, and private
messaging.
● Ensure that the forum is moderated and adheres to community guidelines.
● Task 6: Testing and Quality Assurance
● Conduct thorough testing of the application on various devices and
platforms.
● Perform user acceptance testing to gather feedback and make necessary
improvements.
● Fix any bugs or issues identified during testing.
● Task 7: Deployment and Launch
● Deploy the application to the respective app stores (iOS and Android) and
web servers.
● Conduct a final launch and make the application available to users.
● Task 8: Customer Support Integration
● There should be live, offline and on-call customer support to interact with
the team to solve the issues that arise.
● Task 9: Ecommerce Shopping Cart for users
● Create a complete ecommerce solution where when the user purchases
the package shopping website is enabled.
● On purchase the user will have options to select recommended products
either from our company or best selling product on their area, country,
profile interest etc
● There will be a live tracker of the product shipping, sales happening.
● Complete KPI based dashboard which shows how the performance of
user, how much he has earned, total product sold etc
● Sales and marketing support based on the package they opted for.
● Task 10: Marketing and sales dashboard of our company
● Complete marketing and sales dashboard where the sales manager will
onboard his team and assign the lead which are coming directly from crm.
Tracking the working and progress of the sales and marketing team.
● This can be the same for other companies as this is a SaaS based
application.

● Mobile application (iOS and Android)

● Admin panel for content and user management
● Complete source code and documentation

Use case Summary:


● When the user signup on using the sales agent given code over call, he will land
up on a dashboard which is considered as a free package. In the free package
he will have limited access where he can see free content which is added by
superadmin, the content can be either video, text, pdf, free webinar, he will have
FAQ to understand what is the company does, how they can earn, and other
important information.
● Anyone can have access to app for free content such as scripts and then have a
section taking to VSL where they can book call

Have section saying login to MDM elite

Customer purchases on closing call -> they automatically get an email inviting
them to join the app with unique invite code which they can use to login to MDM
elite section -> when they enter the code on the app it shows the relevant
contract to the client for them to esign. Once signed they enter the app

Landing page is a welcome video on how to use the app and content hyping
them up

Will have a burger to open menu up

Client specific

- Clients not signed up will get free content section testimonials HYPE and VSL
so they can book call with closer.
- Calendar with upcoming webinars etc

6k client menu:
- Video curriculum
- Community with other 6k clients
- Base camp moved to App
- Support channel -> frequently asked questions bot -> if no relevant answers
found client can click through to speak to fulfilment in the app basecamp but on
app
- Store progress tracker, says status of there store being made so they do not
have to reach out to DMs, closer or fulfilment eg says contract signed -> details
requested (then has link so they can securely submit details required) -> shop
development in progress -> shop review under way -> narrowing down niche ->
hand over
- Calendar so clients can see and get notification on when mentor call is, hand
over call, estimated completion date etc plus could promote any upcoming
webinars here
- Webinars and mentor calls in the app

3.5k clients menu:

- Frequently asked question chat bot if they don’t get answer they looking for
then sends through to basecamp to chat with fulfilment
- Calendar so clients can see and get notification on when mentor call are etc

5k shopify prebuilt menu:

● Will have different user access, Client, Mentor, Sales, Marketing, Admin,
Superadmin,
● Once the client purchases a package which has access to shop, a complete
Ecommere app should be developed which has links where these links can be
shared to their customers and on opening they can purchase without installing
app or with installing app up to them.
● Need to integrate various marketing tools, sales tools, digital marketing tools, etc
using zapier or any other so that integration should be easy.

Note: This is a preliminary scope of work and may be subject to refinement based on
further discussions and requirements gathering.
