The area I'm located in is an industrialist area.There are many types of industry
PRAN,RFL,WAPDA, dying factory,Omera .Since there are many industries a lot of people
stays here .Our need is also huge.We need many things for our living.Grocery item is one of
them .We don't have any fine grocery shop or supermarket in our locality from where we can
buy our necessary things .The market is little far.All of us want all products in a near distance
so that it can save our time.We go a little far to buy this groceries.It kills our times .If
someone starts a business of a supershop in our locality it'll be profitable according to
me .This business will run smoothly in my locality because everyone wants it.There are some
points which has to be given importance for this business.Every businessman should know
about what ,how they should conduct the business.
Area:Area is a big factor for business.Which area will be good for sell it has to be chosen
carefully.A centered place where all people come will be a good location for the shop .If the
shop is given in a place where no one comes or in a backside it won't run smoothly.
Products:Which products will be sold has to be decided.Customer demands has to be keep in

mind what types of products they want .If they find their necessary products than they will
come more often and will recommend to others about the shop .Other people will come to the
shop also .
Types of products :
Medicine:We face emergency often that we need some medicine at night . Medicine can be
added to the products list of the supershop.Shop will be open at night also .
Vegetables:Farmers who produces vegetables in their garden or house can sell them in the
shop . Customers will be happy with this fresh supply of vegetables.The farmers can also get
well amount of money for their vegetables and they will be interested to sell further more .
Fish and meat :Fish and meat is also a need for people.Fish from river or canals and meat
from local firms can be stored here frozen.It is easy for the customers to consume.
Pricing: Pricing is an important factor in business.Transportation , electricity cost will also

be added in his shop .But the prices should be bearable for buyers.If the owner tries to gain
evil means to get profitted and people understand this from the market price then it'll be risky
for the owner .So he has to fix the prices so that people can afford this and also the owner can
gain profit .
Home delivery:Home delivery is a good idea for Those who run the business of the products
that can be delivered home is a relief for the customers.Sometimes we customers remain busy
or sick and we need groceries for home but cannot go to the shop to buy things.In this
situation if we find any shop who will deliver my products and if the shop is in my locality
than nothing can be more good than this.
Demand : We sought ideas and products that are trending or have high demand to ensure
consistent sales volume.
Local politics:Local politics is a big factor for any business.Understanding the mentality of
the residents is a big deal . Sometimes there are people who cannot pay instant .If the owner
gives them products in due sometimes they will be happy.It’ll create good impact on his
business.But too much due can cause loss in the business.
Effects of this shop on my area
1:There is a possibility of employment.The owner cannot perform all the task himself as the
supershop is big .He need some helping hand.In this case he will employ some person.As a
result there is a opportunity of employment.
2: Savings of time .We don't need to go to the distance market . Since there is a supershop in
my area I can easily buy whatever whenever I want .
3:Since the shop owner will buy vegetables,fish ,meat from local people they will be
benefited.They will be more interested to grow this items .
