Supporting large APO engagement in the capacity of Project Manager. Leading a mid-sized team of PM professionals that work in
central/embedded projects and clients to incorporate best in-class project management practices.
Key Responsibilities: -
• Program governance & orchestration - responsible for overall planning (at workstream level & program level),
highlighting key dependencies and raising early warnings of risks.
• Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and

• Project Lifecycle Management: From Project triaging to scoping to Quoting to Closures (QC all relevant checkpoints and
then close the projects)
• Communication Management: Sending clear and concise communication in the form of memos to convey necessary
information from stakeholders.
• Facilitating resource allocation in accordance with Business discussions, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and
overall resource management efficiency
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and conducting regular reviews of existing SOPs to
