    Dr. Aditya Pradhan is an experienced Urologist who is currently working as a Director


    in the Urology Department at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi. His past
    experience before joining BLK-Max include working at the Army Hospital (R&R), New
    Delhi; Command Hospital, Lucknow, UP and Military Hospital in Jalandhar, Punjab
    where he started the Endourology and Laparoscopic Urology programme.
    Dr. Pradhan pursued his MBBS, MS (General Surgery) from Armed Forces Medical
    College (AFMC), Pune and DNB (Urology) from the National Board of Examinations in
    2004. He has also worked with Dr. Ashutosh Tiwari in the field of Robotic
    Prostatectomy at the Weil Cornell Medical Center, New York and also at the
    prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital, Brady Urology Center, Baltimore, with Dr. Patrick
    Walsh and Dr. Arthur Burnett in the field of prostatectomy.
    Over the course of three decades of his career, Dr. Pradhan has several awards and
    achievements to his name including the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card. He
    was involved in 2 large mass casualty operations in aid to the civil establishment of
    Pithoragarh District in Uttarakhand for which he was awarded the Central Army
    Commander’s Commendation Card in 1995. He also won the Christian Medical
    College Ludhiana Prize for the best poster presentation in 2001.
    Apart from being a dedicated doctor, Dr. Pradhan is also an active member of Urology
    Society of India, Societe Internationale Urologie (SIU) and International Endo-Urology
    Society.
    BLK-Max Centre for Renal Sciences & Kidney Transplant has a dedicated unit with
    advanced dialysis machines and is also equipped with the latest diagnostic and
    therapeutic facilities such as Uroflowmetry, Ultrasound, Doppler, Lithotripsy, Holmium
    Laser, etc. The Centre has dedicated suites for endoscopic procedures ensuring
