I am Leading Cadet Jatin of 3 Raj Naval Unit, Jaipur, currently pursuing my B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Arya College of Engineering & IT. I have been selected for prestigious Overseas Deployment Camp at Japan, Singapore and Indonesia. My camp will start on 15th of December 2024 and I am required to report at Chennai on 10 th of December 2024 and my camp will end on 02nd February 2024.
I am having my 7th semester exams on 18th December and 20th December which are falling in the period of my camp. As per the Government of India letter 16-11/2020 NS-1 dated 18 May 2020, if any semester exams are falling during my NCC exams that will be rescheduled for me.
I request you to please reschedule my exams so that I can represent my country in this prestigious Camp
