    We are sending this notice on behalf and under the instruction of


    Mrs. Jeeva W/O Ramachandran aged about. years residing No..
    (herein after referred to as “Our client/Her”) I do hereby serve you
    with the following legal notice

    1. Our client is the person one who ran the unregistered chit
    business for more than 20 years with the dignified manner in
    Society, the subscribers of the chit business were fails to pay
    the chit amount during the Pandemic of COVID which led our
    client into severe loss Despite this, our client handled entire
    situation with grace.
    2. Our client states that she also detailly explained the entire
    circumstance to the subscribers of the chit business and also
    got a deadline to repay the debt amount and the same were
    assented by every subscriber. With sudden shock and
    Surprise before the expiry of the said period, the subscribers
    begin to demand the debt amount by way of threading her.
    They were also engaged in the act of defaming our client in
    front of her Residency, our client further states that the
    subscriber were also lodged four complaints against her.
    3. Our client demonstrated her willingness to repay the debt
    amount by selling her property but unfortunately the
    property is litigated before the eyes of Law. Even in this
    circumstance she sold the entire jeweler which she onus to
    repay the debt, the act of our client clearly indicates the
    willingness to repay the debt amount.
    4. Meanwhile, the police called our client to the station based
    on the compliance raised by the subscribers. In order to
    comply the same, she also appears before the MGR Nagar
    police station, but taken aback without hearing our client-
    side contention, the police officials were started to support
    the subscribers, The act of the police officials where involves
    in the violation of the “principle of natural justice” viz the
    officials not even ready to hear our client-side contention.
    5. Our client further states that the officials were also harassed
    and used the filthy words on her which she can’t sustain any
    more. She also states that the police officials were acted in
    the bios and arbitrary manner and also accuses with the
    unnecessary allegation on her.
    6. To the supra circumstance it is brought to light that the
    behavior of the police towards our client stands highly
    condonable. The police taking advantages of our client and
    her helplessness corner her and threatening her by all
    means and without listening to our client or her version of
    submission accuses her in very bad language and tone if the
    same gets continued there shall be legal procedure by our
    client.
