National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), is a NHLML is responsible for end-to-end development of Multimodal
100% owned Company of NHAI, formed under the guidance of the logistic parks, Port Connectivity Roads, Inter Modal Station,
MoRT&H for the implementation of Multi-modal Logistics Parks Ropeways, Wayside Amenities, OFC Laying etc. entrusted by
(MMLPs), Port Connectivity Roads, Inter Modal Station, Ropeways, NHAI/ MoRTH from time to time, right from DPR preparation, land
Wayside Amenities, OFC Laying and other associated projects on acquisition, project execution and O&M depending on the type of
Pan India basis. NHLML is committed to facilitate efficient and project. As a part of fulfilling its mandate, NHLML will be required
sustainable logistics in India by leading identification, planning, to formulate and adopt an appropriate contracting and
financing, development and management of "allied highway" implementing strategy, in coordination with multiple
infrastructure projects ensuring environment and ecological stakeholders viz State Governments, Ministry of Railways, Port
balance, contributing to national prosperity. Trusts, etc. In addition, NHLML will also be responsible for
formulating the optimal strategy for fund raising for implementing
projects entrusted to the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage implementation plans for development of the allied infrastructure in the country including Ropeways /

Logistics Parks / Passenger convenience Infrastructure

Identify strategic partnerships with State Government and other implementation agencies for development of

Ropeways / Logistics Parks / Passenger convenience Infrastructure in the region.

Lead on-ground implementation of all NHLML asset projects in the region. Monitor / report process and highlight

issues to HO / ZO.

04 Spearhead operations to drive timely implementation of projects whilst ensuring highest quality of projects

05 Approve contracts and lead resolution of disputes in executing contracts for development and operation of projects

Identify international best practices for Standards, Specifications, technology enhancement, execution, Operation

and Maintenance of projects

Ensure sound corporate governance by managing the processes as mandated by NHAI / NHLML as well as statutory

Qualification & Experience
Essential Qualification and Experience Requirement Preferable Qualification and Experience Requirement

 Full Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering /  Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Engineering /
Environmental Engineering / Transportation Engineering / Transportation / Urban Planning from an Institution
Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / recognized by AICTE / NAAC or affiliated to an Indian /
Electronics Engineering / Urban Planning from an Global University of repute or equivalent.
Institution recognized by AICTE / NAAC or affiliated to an
Indian / Global University or repute or equivalent  Experience in leading infrastructure projects in the field
of warehouse / storage space / logistics park
 Minimum 18 years of total professional experience out of development or projects in public infrastructure
which at least 05 years in leadership position. development (highways, railways, airports, ports, etc.)
/ transportation projects executed in PPP mode
 At least 05 years of minimum experience in field of involving either Port Authority, State Government or
Passenger Transport Infrastructure / Logistics Parks/ Cable Central Government, Indian Railways – in the last 05
Propelled Transit system / Personal Rapid Transit / Metro years
(traction / coaches) / Railway (traction / coaches) /
Ropeway / transmission lines  Proven track record of securing financing for
infrastructure projects
 Maximum Age 56 years

 Minimum 01 year of experience at one level below E-7 / L-


13 or at equivalent position

Remuneration

 The position shall be at E-7 grade of SVP in the Basic pay scale range of Rs.1,00,000 - 2,60,000 as per IDA Pattern (equivalent
to Level-13 in CDA Pattern) which includes, DA, HRA, Other Allowances & Retirals.

 Additionally, there is a provision for Group Medical Policy / Insurance and Performance Related Pay etc.
