    ● 24x7 power supply & Internet Connectivity (LAN WIRE/Wifi) at Entry/Exit gates is provided by client
    ● Taxes as applicable under GST.
    ● Speedbreakers ensure that vehicles maintain optimum speed and the entry exits are captured by the RFID reader. Cost
    of speedbreakers is not included and can be set up by Park+ on additional cost
    ● Delivery of good is between 1-3 weeks from date of receiving advance payment
    ● Payment Terms
    * Installation, Commissioning & RFID Tag charges (A+B) - 100% payment upfront
    Capex:
    * Solution Cost - 30% Advance with PO, 40% on Material Delivery & balance 30% within 30 days of installation
    * AMC + Software Licensing & Cloud Charges - 100% Advance in the beginning of each consecutive year Opex:
    * MDR (Merchant Discount rate) of 5% shall be applicable on all FASTag transactions. Payment deducted via FASTag shall
    be transferred to the client bank account in T+3 days post deduction of applicable MDR.
    ● Quotation is valid for 20 days only
    ● All components will have Parkplus Branding. Main branding includes Parkplus LED Board on RFID pole
    ● Product Warranty: 1 years from date of delivery.
