QUESTIONS:

What are your thoughts or attitudes towards these exercises/workouts, and how are you
feeling in relation to facing this goal (be honest).

I feel like I didn’t surpass myself enough and I could have improved way more during
t…those two weeks.

What barriers are you facing during this process? (physical, mental, motivational, logistical, etc.)
Explain.
I didn’t find enough time to space my workouts and not do both on the same day, because of
my job, next time I will do the two exercises on two different days to let my muscles relax a bit.
What are some improvements from Week 1 to week 2?
I’m able to do almost the same number of repetition after one set, compared to the first week
where the number of repetition of my second rep dropped.
What are some setbacks from week 1 to week 2?
Sadly, on the second week I was holding the plank for less time than usual.
How was your nutrition, sleep and water consumption over the course of the two weeks?
My sleep was horrible, since I had a lot of exams I slept around 5h every night which impacted
how I felt physically. Furthermore, I was coming back from work (4 shifts a week) which made
me also way more physically tired. My water consumption and nutrition was honestly pretty good.
