I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby grant my full consent and issue this binding
No Objection Letter (NOL), Waiver of Liability, and Consent to Disciplinary Action for my
son/ward. By consenting to my son’s/ward’s participation in the above-mentioned
event/activity, I hereby declare that I have NO OBJECTION whatsoever and affirm the
following on behalf of myself and my son/ward, our executors, administrators, heirs, next
of kin, successors, and assigns:
1. Waiver, Release, and Discharge
I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Lahore Grammar School (Pvt.) Ltd,
including its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, council representatives, agents,
event/activity organizers, sponsors, and volunteers (collectively referred to as “Released
Parties”) from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from
negligence or fault of the Released Parties. This waiver applies to any fatality, disability,
personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any actions of any kind that may
occur to my son/ward during: Travel to and from the event/activity; Participation in the
event/activity; or Physical or online presence related to the event/activity.
2. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

I agree to INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, and PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Released
Parties for any and all liabilities, claims, or damages arising out of my son’s/ward’s
participation in the event/activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Acknowledgment of Risks
I acknowledge and accept that participation in the event/activity may expose my son/
ward to certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Health Risks: Exposure to COVID-19 or its variants; any other disease or virus/es
Physical, Environmental and Travel Risks: Injuries due to terrain, weather, temperature,
facilities, or equipment, travelling to and from the activity etc.;
Third-Party Actions: Actions by participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, officials, or

event monitors;
Cybersecurity Risks: Risks from online activities, including but not limited to
cyberattacks or data breaches.
I fully understand that these risks may result in fatality, injury, stress, or property
damage, and I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any such risks on behalf of my
son/ward.

4. Consent to Disciplinary Action
I hereby consent to any disciplinary action deemed necessary by the school in the event
that my son/ward withdraws from or refuses to participate in the activity after
enrollment or selection. Disciplinary actions may include, but are not limited to:
A) Issuance of a Yellow or Red Slip.
B) Fines up to Rs. 5,000/=.
C) Ban from co-curricular activities for a specific period or the entire

academic year.
D) Permanent ban from co-curricular activities for the remainder of

enrollment at the school.
I understand that these disciplinary measures are outlined in the school’s Compulsory
Code of Conduct, which I have reviewed and signed prior to my child’s admission.
5. Representation and Consent
I represent and warrant the following:
I am the legal parent/guardian of the minor named above and have the legal authority
to execute this document on their behalf. I have read, understood, and agreed to abide
by the school’s Code of Conduct at all times. I understand and agree to the terms of the
No Objection Letter, Waiver of Liability, and Consent to Disciplinary Action outlined
herein. I understand that I cannot be physically present with my child during the event/
activity and consent to their participation without reservation. I affirm that both I and
my child are vaccinated against COVID-19.
6. Broad Construction
This waiver and release of liability shall be construed as broadly as permitted under
applicable law, ensuring full protection for the Released Parties. I agree to INDEMNIFY,
HOLD HARMLESS, and PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Released Parties for any and all
liabilities, claims, or damages resulting from my son/ward’s participation in the event/
activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
