    SPARKLING CHARCOAL BY ONE MR. AFOLAYAN SAMSON
    OLALEKE.

    We are Solicitors to Chifan Chinese of Olla Area, Irepodun LGA, Kwara


    State, whereas Mr. Lamid Quadri and Mr. Hassan Ibrahim are the Managers
    of the Chifan Chinese in Kwara State hereinafter referred to as ‘Our Client’
    on whose mandate and instruction we duly write you this letter.

    It is our brief that our client received a letter from your law firm in respect
    of the above subject matter dated 4th November, 2024 through Mr. Hassan
    Ibrahim and Mr. Lamid Quadri WhatsApp. Although the action of your
    client has put our client to economy distress, however, our client is open to
    amicable settlement of the matter.

    Sequel, to your discussion on phone with Mr. Hassan Ibrahim in which


    agreement was reached regarding the repayment of the sum of
    N1,450,000.00 owed by your client, Mr. Afolayan Samson Olaleke, to
    Chifan Chinese, the payment plan is as follows:

    1. An initial payment of N600,000.00 (Six Hundred Thousand Naira).


    2. Followed by monthly repayments of N100,000.00 (One Hundred
    Thousand Naira) until the outstanding balance is fully settled.

    In order to proceed seamlessly, we have the mandate of our client to receive


    same in to our law firm account.
