Click on Content eRegulations (or 'Procedures') Click on Add objective A window opens: Create/Edit Objective

Enter the Name of the objective

Click on the field Parent

The tree of procedures has a structure similar to the folders and sub-folders of Windows. Folders (objectives) are created under the root, and sub-folders (subobjectives) inside the first level folders. Sub and sub-folders may be created until you define a specific operation with a unique procedure.

Click on Save

A confirmation message appears, click on Back to the 9 menu to confirm the previous actions.

The new objective appears in the tree, at the expected place

Do not fill this field (Applicability). It is related to the use of variables, we will learn its function later on.

2. MODIFY AN OBJECTIVE

Click in the tree on the objective to be modified

Modify the element of your choice, the name and/or the parent

3. ORDER THE OBJECTIVES

Click on the parent objective (at the level just above the objective to be ordered)

Do not forget to save when you create or modify an element, otherwise your work will be lost.
